FAQ's

GAME TIMES

Monday and Thursday Night Games begin at 7:30 PM. Sunday Games begin at 3:00 PM.
Doors open 1 hour before the game starts. Games last about 2 to 3 hours.

THE FIRST ROW VS. THE SIDELINE CLUB

The First Row is actually the first two rows, rows 5and 6 (right in the action) going all the way around the arena…except at the Sideline Club.

The Sideline Club is an open wet seating section (not dry) and all minors in this area must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. These seats are right on the level of game play that will be sponsored by TGI Fridays. This area has cocktail tables for standing while enjoying the game and your refreshments. There will also be chairs which are separate from the tables and are for use by Sideline Club ticket holders. This section will have both a food and a beverage sponsor with complimentary food. Seating in the Sideline Club is EXTREMELY limited. While in the Sideline club you must wear your badge/sideline lanyard. It’s also good to know that if you have purchased in the sideline club you will be standing for most of the game, so do me aware.

VIP ACCESS

The VIP Pass allows access to the Sullivan Arena’s VIP lounge which will have catered food and drink & a video feed of the game in a lounge-like atmosphere. There is also quick access from the lounge to the outside patio.

In an effort to improve your game experience we will be using a Lanyard with Passes and a Wrist-band for admittance to the Sideline Club and the VIP Lounge on the upper mezzanine.  In your season ticket package you will find the following enclosed:

If you purchased a Sideline Club Ticket;

  • For each Sideline Club Ticket you will receive
    • 1 Lanyard with a Sideline Club Pass (like last season)
    • 7 Gray Colored Wrist-bands, one for each game, (new this season)
    • The Wrist-bands and Lanyard must both be worn for admittance to the Sideline Club.

If you purchased a VIP Room Pass;

  • For each VIP Room Pass you will receive
      • 1 Lanyard with a VIP Room Pass (like last season)
      • 7 Red Colored Wrist-bands, one for each game, (new this season)
      • The Wrist-bands and Lanyard must both be worn for admittance to the VIP Room.

If you purchased a Sideline Club Ticket and a VIP Pass;

        • You will find two passes, one lanyard, and two sets of wrist-bands with your package.
        • Both sets must be worn for admittance to Sideline Club and the VIP Room.

If you purchase either a Sideline Club Ticket and or a VIP Room Pass and you do not find the above items in your package please give us a call at 771-9400 and we will get you taken care of.  Let us know if you have any questions and enjoy your 2008 Alaska Wild Team.  GO WILD!

WET & DRY SEATING OPTIONS

Wet seating will encompass rows 126R to 101L. Dry seating will encompass 126L to 102R. This is the same wet/dry arrangement as the Aces.

MINORS IN WET AREAS

According to municipality regulations, anyone under 21 in a “wet” area must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Some ways families work within this regulation: (a) Order your tickets in the “wet” area and stay with minors as they move about the arena. (b) Order your tickets in the “dry” area. If you’d like a drink, walk over to the “wet” area and drink it there. (c) Families with teenagers may want to seat the teens in the dry area while the parents sit in the wet area.

CHILDREN’S’ TICKETS

Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to an Alaska Wild game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult’s lap. All fans must comply with fire regulations; children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children. If they sit in a seat you must purchase it.

TICKET DONATION

If you are unable to attend a game, please consider a tax-deductible donation of your unused tickets to the Special Olympics Alaska. The Special Olympics Alaska will offer donated tickets for resale at face value and ALL proceeds will benefit these special athletes. To donate tickets, please call (907) 222-7625.
